Bharat Biryani Pulao Masala Can Be Used In Both Vegetarian Or Non-vegetarian Preparation.

Ingredients: Bay Leaves, coriander,fennel Seeds, Red Chilli, Black Pepper, Clove, Cinnamon, Shah-jeera, Black Cardamom, Star Anies, Cumin, Nutmeg, Green Cardamom, Mace, Nagkeshar.


  • 1. Wash 250 Gram Basmati Rice And Par Boil It. Strain Water And Keep Aside.
  • 2. Heat 3 Table Spoon Oil, Fry 3 Onions (Sliced). Add 1 Table Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste, Add Puree Of 2 Tomatoes, 1 Table Spoon Red Chilli Powder And 1 Tea Spoon Turmeric Powder. Cook Till Oil Separated.
  • 3. Add 1/2 Cup Curd And 3 Tea Spoon Bharat Biryani Masala, Cook For 2 Minutes.
  • 4. Add 1 1/2 Cup Of Boil And Half Fried Mix Vegetables (Peas, Carrot, Capsicum). Add Salt To Taste.
  • 5. In Big Bowl Spread Half The Half Amount Of Rice At The Bottom, Add Vegetable Mixture Spread Properly. Add Remaining Rice On Top Of The Vegetable Layer.
  • 6. Pour 2 Table Spoon Ghee. Cover And Cook For 15 Minutes On Low Flame.
  • 7. Serve Hot With Raita / Salad.
