Butter Chiken Masala


Butter chicken is traditionally known as murgh makhani. It is a type of curry made from mild spices, tomato, and butter. Bharat butter chicken masala is an easy-to-use, fully flavored masala that rivals any restaurant or takeaway dish. Bharat butter chicken masala helps to prepare buttery and mouth-watering chicken curry.

Ingredients: Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Clove, Bay Leaves, Cumin, Coriander, Garlic, Salt, Red Chilli, Star Anise, Shah-jeera, poppy Seeds, Sesame Seeds.


  • 1. Boil 500 gm boneless chicken in pressure cooker and cut into two pieces.
  • 2. In bowl take 50 gm curd, 1-2 tbsp ginger chilli paste, 2-3 chopped garlic and chicken pieces. Mix all.
  • 3. Make puree of 3 onions and 4 tomatoes separately.
  • 4. Take pan add 50gm butter to it.
  • 5. Add cumin and then saute onion paste,after some time add tomato puree and saute it.
  • 6. After butter separates add 5 to 6 tbsp bharat butter chicken masala. Mix properly and saute for 5 minutes.
  • 7. Add chicken pieces in to the pan and turn flame low till it is cooked properly.
  • 8. Served with parathas.
