Chicken – 65 Masala

Ingredients: Corn Flour, Red Chilly, Coriander, Common Salt, Black Pepper, Turmeric Cumin, Cinnamon, Clove, Ani Star, Onion, Garlic, Green Cardamom, Dry Mango Powder, Black Salt, Asafoetida.

Method:

• 1. Wash 500 gram boneless chicken and cut it in to 3 pieces.
• 2. In each piece add each sachet of ” bharat chicken 65″ masala . Mix it properly and marinate for 2-3 hours.
• 3. Beat 1 or 2 eggs and mix it properly with all 3 pieces.
• 4. Now fry pieces on low flame.
• 5. Chicken 65 is ready. Serve with schezwan sauce.
