Bharat Chinese Masala

Description: Bharat chinese masala is a very versatile spice mix that can be used in a variety of chinese dishes. The dishes get an entirely different flavour once this blend is used. This mixture also can be used as seasoning.

Ingredients: Cumin Powder, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Chilli Powder, Salt, Aji Na Moto, Black Pepper Powder, Star Anise Powder, Citric Powder, Powdered Sugar.

Method: Heat 2 tbs oil in a fry pan and heat it on high flame. Add 2 tbs chopped green chillies. cook it for 5 to 7 seconds. Add 1 cup sliced cabbage, 1 cup sliced capsicum, 1 cup chopped spring onion, 2 tbs bharat chinese masala and 2 tsp chilli oil in noodles and cook it for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
