Dal makhani is a famous north indian dish made with black urad, kidney beans, tomatoes, and spices. Bharat dal makhani ready to mix masala helps to bring out the delicious flavours and aroma to simple black dal in your kitchen.

Ingredients: Kashmiri Chilli, Coriander Seed, Star Anise, Black Pepper Fennel Seed, Black Cardamom, Clove, Nagkeshar, Bay Leaf, Stone Flower, Cinnamon Cumin, Mace, chini Kabab, Nutmeg, Triphala, Shahi-jeera.


  • 1. Soak 250 gram black udad and 50 gram rajma for 8 hours and then boil it.
  • 2. In a pan take 3 table spoon ghee. Add 1 onion paste and 1 tbs garlic paste, saute till it turns golden brown.
  • 3. Add 7 tomato puree and let it cook for 10 minutes. Add 1/2 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp bharat red chilli powder, 3 tsp bharat dal makhani masala to it. Add salt to taste and boil for 1/2 an hour.
