Fish Masala


Bharat fish masala is a perfect striking preparation of indian spices blended in a way that it can be used in all kinds of fish recipes. This masala adds a rich to your seafood cravings.

Ingredients: Coriander Seeds, Cumin, Sesame Seeds, Ani Seeds, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Clove, Black Cardamom, Badiyan, Mace, Nutmeg, Stoner Flower, Shah -jeera, Red Chillies, Poppy Seeds, Kabab Chini, Green Cardamom.


  • 1. Clean 2 medium fishes.
  • 2. Make thick paste with 3tsp bharat red chilli powder,1 and half tsp turmeric powder,2 tbs lemon juice,1tbsp ginger garlic paste and 2tsp of bharat fish masala.
  • 3. Make slits on the sides of the fish and rub abovementioned paste on the fish.
  • 4. Cover and keep aside for half an hour.
  • 5. Heat pan and take 4 tsp oil.
  • 6. Gently add each fish in to the pan, wait for few minutesbefore turning the fish to the other side. Cook on low flame.
  • 7. When fish turns golden brown remove it from the pan and serve hot.
  • 8. Garnish with lemon slice.
