Bharat Frankie Masala

Description: A veg frankie is one of the most loved indian street food. bharat frankie masala is a combination of dry tangy spices like mango powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, and garam masala which make frankie tasty. A frankie is made by rolling up a spicy-tangy potato mixture inside a wrap with special frankie masala. The mixture can used as a sprinkler.

Ingredients: Cinamon, Black Pepper, Clove, Bay Leaves, Cumin, Coriander, Garlic, Salt, Chilli, Star Anise, Black Salt, Dry Mango Powder.

Method:

• 1. Boil and smash 500 gm potatoes. Add 1 grated capsicum and cabbage in it.
• 2. Add red chilli powder and salt as per taste, mix well.
• 3. Prepare oval shape patty approx 50 gm each and shallow fry on tawa with oil.
• 4. Keep ready chopped onions add 2 tsp vinegar.
• 5. Take indian chappati and put oval patty on it. Drizzel bharat frankie masala and onions. Roast on tawa with butter for 2-3 minutes. Roll the chappati and serve hot.
