Bharat Italian Pizza Masala

Add an extra touch to your pizza gravy with bharat italian pizza masala. Combination of traditional herbs and spicies make pizza amazingly delicious, aromatic and authentic in taste.
Ingredients: Red Chilli, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Sugar, Salt, Cloves, Oregano, Besil.
Method:
- 1. Boil 8 tomatos for 2 to 3 minutes or till the skin begins to peel.
- 2. Peel, deseed and blend in a mixture to a smooth pulp, keep aside.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a pan add 1 chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped gralic and saute on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- 4. Add tomato pulps and 3 tbsp bharat pizza masala, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 10 minutes.
- 5. Store pizza sauce in air tight container use as required.
