Bharat meat masala is a blend of multiple spices along with roasted and ground sesame and coriander seeds. This perfect mixture of spices can enhance the taste, flavour, and texture of any mutton curry. Bharat mughlai mutton masala can be used in red, white, or any other gravy due to its unique blend.

Ingredients: Kashmiri Chilli, Coriander Seed, Star Anise, Black Pepper, Fennel Seed, Black Cardamom, Clove, Nagkeshar, Bay Leaf, Dagad Flower, Cinnamon, Cumin, Mace, Nutmeg, Triphala, Shahi-jeera.

Method:

  • 1. Clean and remove fat of 1kg meat.
  • 2. Take 350 gram of yoghurt, 2tsp red chilli powder, 2 tsp turmeric powder,2tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1tbsp bharat mughlai meat masala in a bowl and mix well. Allow meat to marinate this mixture for an hour.
  • 3. In a pan take 5 tbsp oil and paste of 2 large onions.Saute till it turns golden brown.
  • 4. Add marinate meat complete with yoghurt to the pan. Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes. Now add 400 grams of tomato puree. Cover the pan and allow to simmer for 20 minutes till the aroma emanates from the pan. Add additional water if required. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • 5. Served with indian roti or rice.
