Paneer Tikka Masala


Bharat paneer tikka masala when mixed with yogurt, makes a flavourful marinade for paneer. When grilled on skewers, it makes crispy paneer tikka.

Ingredients: Red Chilli, Coriander, Anise Seed, Nagkeshar, Bay Leaves, Stone Flower, Big Cardamom, Clove, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cumin, Nutmeg, Mace Trifala Caraway.


  • 1. Take 20 gram of curd and add 1 big spoon full of paneer tikka masala and mix it well. Add 100 gram medium size square pieced paneer and vegetables of choice and allow to marinate for an hour.
  • 2. After marinating the paneer and vegetables attach the pieces to a tandoor rod.
  • 3. Allow the rod to heat on gas or tandoor for 5-10 minutes. Detach pieces from rod. Garnish by adding lemon and chaat masala to it. Serve with green chutney.
