Ingredients: Cumin, Black Pepper, Red Chilli, Amchur Powder, Salt, Cloves, Asafoetida, Black Salt, Ginger Powder.

Method:

• 1. Prepare mint chutney from a bunch of mint leaves.
• 2. Take vessel add 2 glasses (400 ml) of chill water. Add mint paste and 4 table spoon bharat panipuri masala.
• 3. Add salt, black salt, lemon juice as per taste. Mix well.
• 4. Garnish with bundi (crispy balls).
