Paratha Masala

Bharat paratha masala is made with an array of spices and seasonings. The perfect combination of authentic spices in a perfect blend to give paratha a lip-smacking taste.
Ingredients: Coriander, Cumin, Amchur Powder, Black Salt, Kashmiri Chilli, Salt, Clove, Black Pepper, Ginger Powder, Green Chilli Powder, Black Cardamom, Cinnamon, Bay Leaves, Black Cumin.
Method:
- 1. Take 2 boiled and smashed potatoes in a vessel, add 50gm of grated panner, 1/2 cup chopped onion and 1/2 cup chopped mint.
- 2. Add 3 tbsp of bharat paratha masala. Mix properly.
- 3. Make paratha as usual with this stuffing.
