Bharat Parsi Dhan Shak Masala Is A Spiced Mixture Of Indian Powdered Spices Of Parsi Cuisine. It Can Be Used In Both Vegetarian Or Non-vegetarian Dhan Shak. This Blend Is Made From Naturally Grown Spices And Gives Authentic Flavour To This Dish.

Ingredients: Coriander, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric, Cumin, Black Pepper, Black Cardamom, Cloves, Cinnamon, Fenugreek, Sesame Seed, Poppy Seed, Mustard Seed, Shah-jeera, Mace, Garlic.

Method:

  • 1. Soak 1 Cup Tuver Dal, 1 Hand Ful Of Chana Dal, And 1 Hand Ful Of Masoor Dal.
  • 2. In Pressure Cooker Take Soak Dals . Add 8 -10 Pieces Of Bottle Guard, 1 Brinjal, 5-6 Pieces Of Pumkin, 1/2 Cup Mint Leaves, 1/2 Cup Fenugreek Leaves And Boil It. Cool And Grind It.
  • 3. In Pan Take 5 Tbsp Ghee. Add Cumin And 5-6 Tomato Puree, 2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste And Saute Till Ghee Separates.
  • 4. Add 1 Tsp Turmeric,2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder,4 Tspn Bharat Dhan Shak Masala. Add Lemon Juice And Salt To Taste.
  • 5. Add Cruised Vegetable Puree In It. Cook It On Lower Flame For 15 To 20 Minutes Till It Become Medium Thick In Consistency And Serve Hot With Brown Rice.
