Ingredients: Coriander Seeds, Cumin, Sesame Seeds, Ani Seeds, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Clove, Black Cardamom, Badiyan, Mace, Nutmeg, Stoner Flower, Sah-jeera, Red Chillies, Poppy Seeds, Kabab Chini, Green Cardamom.


  • 1. Boil 4 Large Potatoes And 1/2 Cup Peas.
  • 2. Take 50 Gram Butter In Pan. Saute 2 Chopped Onions For 5-10 Minutes. Add 4 Chopped Tomatoes, Saute For 10 Minutes. Add 3 Tea Spoon Bharat Pav Bhaji Masala, 2 Table Spoon Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, 2 Tea Spoon Turmeric, Salt To Taste,and Saute Till Butter Separated.
  • 3. Add Mashed Potatoes And Vegetables.add Little Water And Mix Well.
  • 4. Add 2 Table Spoon Lemon Juice. Cook For 5 To 7 Minutes. Add 2 Table Spoon Butter And Sprinkle Chopped Coriander Leaves.
  • 5. Served With Pav And Chopped Raw Onions.
