This Masala Is Prepared By Gently Roasting Coriander Seeds And Caraway Seeds At Low Temperatures And Then Blended With Other Spices. This Blend Will Perfectly Balance The Spiciness And Aroma Of The Dish. Bharat Punjabi Garam Masala Can Be Used In All Types Of Punjabi Dishes And Indian Dals.

Ingredients: Black Pepper, Coriander, Cumin, Cinnamon, Sesame Seeds, Black Cardamom, Clove, Stone Flower, Nutmeg, Black Cumin, Mace.

Method:

  • 1. Peel And Place 500 Gram Potatoc Any Vegetables) In A Pan Of Cold Water.each Potato Pierce Deep With A Fork Several Time. Now In A Pan Heat Tbsp Oil.
    Fry Potatoes Until Deep Brown Colour. Remove The Potatoes.
  • 2. Grind 3 Onions. In A Pan Heat 3 Tbsp Oil, 1/4 Tsp Asafoetida And 50 Gm Fennel Seeds. Add Onion Paste And 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste, Saute For 5-8 Minutes.
  • 3. Take 150 Gram Yoghurt And Whisk Properly. Add In To Pan, Add Fry Potatoes, 3 Tsp Red Chilli Powder, 3 Tsp Dhana Jeera Powder, 1 Tsp Turmeric, Salt To Taste And 2 Tsp Bharat Punjabi Garam Masala. Stir For 3-5 Minutes. Add Water As Requirements. Cover And Cook For 10 12 Minutes. Garnish With Coriander And Serve With Indian Roti Or Rice.
