Bharat super garlic masala is made from totally roasted traditional indian spices. This masala can be added to any dry vegetable preparation (sabji) to add mild spiciness and perfect garlic flavour to the dish.
Ingredients: Red Chilli, Cumin Seeds, Fenugreek, Garlic, Bay Leaves, Black Pepper, Cloves, Cinnamon, Black Cardamom, Sesame Seeds, Coriander, Nutmeg, Stone Flower.
Take 1 cup peeled and cubed potatotes, par boil or steam potatoes and green peas for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain it properly. Take a big pot of water to boil, add some salt and 1 cup cauliflower florets. Boil for 2 minutes.
Drain it. Take 2 tbs oil in a pan. add cumin seeds. add 1 chopped onion. Saute it till the onion turn soft. Add prepared aloo, gobi and peas mix well add 1 tbs bharat super garlic masala, ½ tsp hing, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tbs dhana jeera powder, % tsp tuemeric powder, salt to taste. Mix it well.cook on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes. Sprinkle green chopped corriender leaves. Serve hot with roti or paratha.
