Tandoori Chicken Masala

Bharat tandoori chicken masala is a perfect balance between flavour and fragrance. This blend can be used for merination of chicken for tandoor roast or grill.This blend can also be used for the merination of fish.
Ingredients: Coriander, Red Chilli, Fenugreek, Cumin, Turmeric, Dry Mango, Asafoetida, Ginger Powder, Garlic Powder, Red Colour, Black Pepper, Aniseeds, Cinnemon.
Method:
- 1. Remove fat, skin and wash the chicken(1kg) and wipe to dry.
- 2. Mix 200 grams of curd, half cup oil and 50gm bharat tandoori chicken masala. Marinate the chicken for 2-3 hours.
- 3. Tenderly thread the chicken on a skewer and roast in a hot oven. Grill for 10-15 minutes or till the colour changes to golden red. Dab oil on grilling process.
- 4. Garnish with lemon slice, serve hot.
