Heat 5 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add 250gm of boiled and mashed potatoes to it. Then, add 50gm of Bharat Kutchi Dabeli masala and mix it well.
Let the mixture cook for 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile, slice 12 Dabeli pavs/breads horizontally, keeping one side intact.
Apply tamarind chutney on one side of the pav and coriander chutney on the other side.
Stuff 3 tablespoons of the already prepared potato stuffing in each pav and top it with chopped onions, masala peanuts, and small sev.
Take a pan, add some butter and roast each Dabeli from both the side on it.
Serve delicious Dabeli with tomato sauce.
