Mash about 100gm of boiled potatoes. Add salt to taste and corn flour it to.Mix them well.
Make small and thin puris/ circles out to the potato mixture. Leave it aside.
In vessel, add 50gm of grated paneer, 2 tablespoons of Bharat chat masala, chopped coriander ,and 25gm of cashew nut pieces. Mix well.
Stuff this mixture to the prepared potato puris and roll it to make Kofta balls.
