Take 100gm of yogurt in a bowl and add 50gm of Bharat Smoked chicken Angara masala to it. Mix it well.
Next, add 500gm chicken pieces to the bowl.
In order to marinate the chicken, keep a few pieces of hot coal in the bowl and pour half a tablespoon of ghee over it. Cover the vessel for half an hour and set it aside.
Pour 1 cup of oil in a pan. Fry 3 sliced onions in the oil till they turn brown.
Add these fried onions, two chopped tomatoes, and fresh cream to the mixie jar and crush them to make a fine paste.
In pan, pour 3 tablespoons of ghee. Add the prepared fine paste to it and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Add smoked chicken pieces and required amount of water to get proper gravy texture.
Cover the pan and stir occasionally till the chicken is tender and some oil gets separated.
Bharat Smoked chicken is ready to be served.
