Boil 250gm sprouted Moth beans.
Roast 2 sliced onions and half a bowl of dry coconut till they turn golden brown in colour. Add garlic and ginger to the roasted ingredients in a mixie to obtain a finely grounded paste.
Next, heat 50mL oil in a vessel. Add cumin seeds, 2 chopped onions and tomatoes and the above-mentioned paste to it. Cook the mixture till the oil separates.
Later, add 2 tablespoons of Bharat Usal Misal masala to the mixture and let it cook for a minute.
Add boiled and sprouted moth to the above mixture and pour required amount of water to it. Let it cook for 15 minutes on low flame.
Garnish with coriander leaves, chopped opinions and farsan/namkeen. Serve hot with Pav/bread.
