Chhole Is A Popular Dish From Northern India. It Is Made Of Chickpeas And Can Be Made In A Variety Of Different Ways Made From Anardana Powder And Amchur Powder. This Masala Enhances The Flavour Of Chhole Bharat Chhole Chana Masala Is A Blend Of Staple Indian Spices In The Right Proportions To Give An Authentic Taste To The Dish. The Aroma And Taste Of This Blend Give The Dish A Restaurant-like Feel.

Ingredients: Black Pepper, Dry Mango, Cumin, Coriander, Clove, Red Chilli, Pomegranate Seeds, Fennel, Cinnamon, Black Cardamom, Bay Leaves, Black Rock Salt, Turmeric, Mace, Nutmeg, Citric Acid, Hing.


  • 1. Soak Chana (200 Gm ) 4 To 5 Hours. Drain And Boil In Water With Salt.
  • 2. Prepare Paste Of 3 Onions,wash 3 Tomatoes And Chop It.
  • 3. Roast 2 Tbsp Cumin Seeds,cool And Grind To A Powder.
  • 4. Heat 3 Tbsp Oil (Ghee) In A Pan, Add Onion Paste And Saute Till Brown. Add 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste, Tomatoes And Saute For Two Minutes. Add 3 Tsp Coriander Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder,1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1 Tbsp Anardana Powder And 3 Tsp Bharat Chhole Masala And Saute Till Oil Separates.
  • 5. Add Chana And Salt To Taste, Add 1 Cup Of Water & Cook Till The Chanas Are Well Mixed With Gravy.
  • 6. Serve Hot, Garnished With Coriander Leaves.
