Bharat Idli Sambhar Masala Has An Authentic South Indian Flavor. It Has A Perfect Mixture Of Urad Daal, Chana Dal, And Tuver Daal. This Blend Is Suited To All The Various Types Of Sambhar And Is Perfect For Healthy Food Preparation.

Ingredients: Coriander, Red Chilli, Fenugreek, Redgram Split, Cumin, Turmeric, Blackgram Split, Dry Mango, Bengal Gram Split, Asafoetida.


  • 1. Boil 100 Gram Tuver Dal For 30 Minutes.
  • 2. Boil 5 Pieces Drum Stick, 1 Chopped Onion, 1 Chopped Tomato, 1 Chopped Brinjal Separately.
  • 3. In A Boiled Dal Add 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice, 1 Tbsp Chilli Powder, 1 Tsp Turmeric, Salt To Taste, 3 Tea Spoon Bharat Idli Sambhar Masala & Boiled Vegtable.
  • 4. For Seasoning Heat 2 Tsp Oil, Add 1/4 Tsp Fenugreek, 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seed, Curry Leaves And 1/4 Tsp Asafoetida.
  • 5. Add Tadka To The Boiled Dal. Boil For 5-8 Minutes.
  • 6. Serve With Idli, Dosa Or Vada.
