Kutchi Dabeli Masala

Dabeli is a popular indian street food originating from kutch in gujarat. This spicy snack is made by mixing boiled potatoes with dabeli masala & Adding chutneys, pomegranate, onion, peanuts & Sev. Bharat dabeli masala mix takes dabeli to the next level.
Ingredients: Dry Mango, Cinnamon, Sugar, Red Chilli, Salt, Coriander, Turmeric, Cumin, Asafoetida.
Method:
- 1. Heat 5 tbsp oil in pan. add 250 gram boiled and mashed potatoes. Add 50 gram bharat kutchi dabeli masala. Mix properly. Cook for 2 minutes.
- 2. Take 12 dabeli pav. slit each pav horizontally keeping one side intact. Apply tamarind chutney on one side of pav and green coriander chutney on other side. Stuff 3 tbsp of abovementioned filling and top up with chopped onion, masala peanut and sev (small).
- 3. Roast each dabeli from both side on hot tava with butter. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
