White Gravy Masala


Bharat white gravy masala is a perfect combination of traditional spices, cashew nut, watermelon seeds, and cream. White gravy is one of the mother gravies of indian cusine. Full of flavors this ready-to-mix creamy masala can be used for several indian dishes like navratan korma, chicken korma, malai paneer, kofta curry.

Ingredients: Cashew Nut, Cream Powder, Sugar, Phool Makhana, White Pepper, Nut Meg.

Method: 1. Malai kofta

  • 1. Take 100gm boiled and smashed potatoes. Add salt to taste and corn flour to it. Mix well. Make small puris/circles out of it. Leave it aside.
  • 2. In a vessel take 50gm grated panner, add 2 tbsp bharat chat masala,chopped coriander and 25 gm cashew nut pieces, mix well. Stuff this mixture to the prepared potato puris and roll it to make kofta balls.

Method: 2. For Gravy

  • 1. Take 1 tbsp ghee and 2 tbsp oil in pan. Add chopped onion and let it cook for 5 minutes.
  • 2. Add 5 tbsp bharat white gravy masala and mix it well.
  • 3. Add water as required to get the proper gravy texture.
  • 4. Add the prepared koftas balls to the gravy and let it cook for 2 minutes.
  • 5. Serve hot with parathas.

Note: This masala can be used in all type of white gravy subji khoya kaju, Panner navratna kurma etc.
