Kadhi is a famous gujarati curry made from curd and can be served with various varieties of rice. Bharat Gujarati Kadhi Masala Powder  is a ready-to-cook powder, which when added to yoghurt and water gives kadhi the most authentic taste.

Ingredients: Sugar, Bengal Gram Flour, Salt, Ginger Powder, Cumin, Green Chilli Powder, Asafoetida, Clove, Cinnamon, Kasuri Methi, Turmeric, Curry Leaves.


  • 1. Take 2 cup yoghurt add 4 tbsp bharat gujarati kadhi masala powder a whisk and mix well.
  • 2. Let it boil on low flame for 5 minutes. Stir continuously while cooking. Tasty gujju kadhi ready.
  • 3. Serve hot with khichdi, pulav, biryani, rice etc.
